Melatonin naturally regulates a person’s sleep-wake cycle. When sleep patterns are disturbed, falling and staying asleep can be difficult. Melatonin helps reset circadian rhythms and improve sleep quality, especially related to aging, sleep disorders, and jet lag.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Melatonin 3 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Dosage:
Adult: At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue 1-3 tablets once daily or as directed by a physician.
Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occational short term use.
All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

May cause drowsiness during the next day. Caution when driving or operating machinery.
