Probiotics are friendly bacteria for better digestive health. This probiotic supplement helps improve lactose tolerance, digestion and elimination (diarrhea or constipation). FOS (fructooligosaccharides) are natural sugars that help the live bacteria to keep multiplying in the digestive tract.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Potato starch, calcium gluconate, inulin, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), silica, ascorbic acid.

Recommended Dosage (adults):
3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
Children 1 year & older:
1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For younger children, open capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food.
Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
